This Privacy Policy explains how Booking Flow AI Limited (trading as Fingal Heating Ltd, "we", "us", "our") collects and uses your personal data when you use this website or contact us. We are the data controller responsible for your personal data.

Why we use your data and our legal basis

Live chat and WhatsApp

Our website includes a live chat feature and forms that can start a conversation with us over WhatsApp. When you use these:

• The details you submit are sent to our customer messaging and CRM system so we can reply and follow up with you.
• If you contact us or are contacted via WhatsApp, your message is also processed by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd) under its own terms and privacy policy.

You are never obliged to use WhatsApp — you can always contact us by phone or email instead.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, acting on our instructions as data processors, including:

• Our website, CRM and customer-messaging platform provider, which stores enquiries and hosts our forms, live chat and website.
• WhatsApp / Meta, where you choose to communicate with us that way.
• Professional advisers, and public authorities where we are required to share information by law.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as European Commission standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry and contact details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, and afterwards only for as long as we need to for our legitimate business, accounting and legal obligations. When we no longer need your data, we securely delete or anonymise it.
